yourself in Italy or you can have your products delivered by an express company respectively

there any additional costs?

might be additional costs for the import, such as customs etc. for
customers who order our products from a country who is not a member

are your methods of payment?

prices are read in Euro. Surely, you do not have to pay before receiving
the goods either by picking them up yourself or cash on delivery
to the express agent. If you wish to pay with a credit card, the
amount payable will be debited in Euro.

happens if I do not want to
keep the goods?

you do not want to keep the goods we guarantee you a unrestricted
return without any state-ments of reasons within seven days after
purchase. Therefore, the goods need to be in a faultless condition.
The amount you paid for the goods will be returned to you.
