All products within Europe are Tax / Vat included gross prices read in Euro and quoted ex works in Italy. There might be additional costs for the import, such as customs etc. for countries who are not member of the European Union. Ordered Products are basically sold ex works / ex stock in Italy. After making an appointment, customers who pick up their goods themselves are able to pick up the goods on site.

Delivery through an express company.

To make the delivery of your order as easy as possible for you, following your order- ing process, we offer a listing of different express companies which you can order to make the transportation for you. Classicomobile Italia itself does no deliver. .

Payment per credit card.

Picking-up of goods by yourself / cash on delivery. Method of payment cash .

Delivery by express company / cash on delivery. Method of payment cash ok to either the express agent or the post employee who is authorised to collect the payment.

Note: Costs for delivery and transport are not part of the sale contract with Classicomobile Italia and are payable to the express agent respectively to the post by all means.

There is an unrestricted return on any of our products if the outer packing re specti- vely the product itself is obviously damaged does not conform to our statements of the Classicomobile Italia website. Please be sure that damages on the outer packing respectively the product itself have to be notified to the driver of the express company immediately and noted on the bill of delivery.

The goods sold by Classicomobile Italia can be returned within seven days for the reasons mentioned above. In that case, the customer care department of Classico- mobile Italia needs to be informed within the period stipulated per email at: reklamation@classicomobile.com.

You can send the goods back to Classicomobile Italia at a full refund of the purchase price.
